  • When searching by reservation number, two-step verification is required by also entering the associated confirmation number or credit card number.
    A credit card number can only be used for verification if you used your credit card at the time of payment via the ANA website, ANA Biz, the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center, or at an ANA domestic airport counter. Otherwise, the confirmation number will be required.
  • If your reservation number consists of a combination of 6 alphabet characters and numbers, please search using [Online Check-In for International Flights] even if you have a Japan domestic flight reservation.
