Important Information

When searching by reservation number, two-step verification is required by also entering the associated confirmation number or credit card number.
A credit card number can only be used for verification if you used your credit card at the time of payment via the website or the Reservation and Customer Service Center. Otherwise, the confirmation number will be required.
